Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 24 to 72 hours after payment is confirmed. Processing may take longer during holidays, weekends, or peak seasons. Lindy’s Seafood, Inc. ships only within the United States and does not offer international delivery.

Shipping & Delivery

All seafood is packed to maintain freshness during transit and shipped using trusted carriers. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once shipped, customers will receive tracking information by email and are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order. Seafood must be refrigerated or cooked immediately upon arrival, and Lindy’s Seafood, Inc. is not responsible for quality concerns caused by improper handling after delivery.

Complaints & Contact

Because seafood is perishable, all sales are final and returns are not accepted. Any complaints about product quality or condition must be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt, along with proof such as photos or order details.
