All orders are subject to availability and payment confirmation. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be completed at checkout, and accepted methods are processed securely.

We aim to process and ship orders promptly; however, delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Lindy’s Seafood, Inc. ships only within the United States and does not offer international delivery. We are not responsible for delays once orders are in transit.

Seafood is a perishable product and must be refrigerated or cooked immediately upon receipt. Customers are responsible for proper handling and storage after delivery. All sales are final and Lindy’s Seafood, Inc. does not accept returns. Any complaints or claims regarding product quality or condition must be filed within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt, accompanied by proof such as photos or order details. Claims made after this period cannot be honored.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, prices, and availability are accurate, but errors may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct any mistakes and cancel affected orders. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
